This course is open to all but it is a prerequisite for students entering into the School of Sound - an intensive program being offered starting February 2025.

Fundamentals of Sound: The Essence of Sound Healing; Art & Science and Tradition is a great introduction to sound. It is also the way to prepare for our comprehensive School of Sound Program. We require students to complete this Prerequisite Course before attending the Sound School Program:
In this introductory course, we'll embark on a journey to demystify sound healing, delving into its therapeutic applications, the profound impact it has on our well-being, and its rich historical roots across various cultures. We'll explore the intricate relationship between sound and healing, shedding light on how vibrations interact with the body's Chakra System, meridians, and reflex zones. Join us as we uncover the foundational principles behind this ancient practice, bridging the gap between art and science, and unlocking the secrets of sound healing.
In this full day workshop we will learn:

The day will be divided into 4 sections, each section being around 1 hour and 30 minutes long with breaks in between. There will be a lunch break at midday.

Wyatt is an internationally trained and certified teacher traveling from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania for this exclusive in-person training opportunity. Wyatt is the owner, and founder of Pittsburgh’s Rooted In Sound. Wyatt offers a customized wellness experience using coaching, acoustic induced meditation, and life changing experiences. He uses the natural environment, bowls, gongs, bells, and more to access your innate inner wisdom, he creates an environment that produces real and lasting change. Wyatt also infuses Reiki, Nada Yoga, and other energy and meditation techniques to help with relaxation and transformation.

Location is at the Sound Journey Store in Lincoln (Beamsville), Ontario, Canada L3J 2C8. We will send you the exact address once you are enrolled.
We are 35 minutes from Niagara Falls. 1 hour from both Toronto and from Buffalo NY. We live on a beautiful wine route on the top of the Niagara Escarpment, so if you are planning on travelling, you may with to add a few days to your trip and enjoy our area.
