Delta Wave Sound Bath in E3 with Tutorial
This set of crystal singing bowls features the deep warm tones of the 18" E3 and is accompanied by the relaxing Delta waves created by playing two A3 bowls that are 3 hertz apart. At the end of the video I give some hints on how to organize yourself to play a large set like this.
