If you have already discovered the note that resonates with your body, and you want to build your first set of bowls, we have some videos for you to listen to. These videos show different combinations of notes using different intervals (spaces between notes). Depending on your base note, we can change the set of bowls to be higher or lower to match the starting note that you have chosen.
