During these 12 core days, you will:
- Master the practical application of singing bowl sound massage, learning how to create shifts in physical and energetic balance.
- Receive 76 hours of training, with certificate at the end of the retreat.
- Explore how the Five Elements relate to the chakras and how you can use sound to bring these elemental energies into harmony.
- Gain confidence through hands-on practice, applying what you've learned directly with the bowls.
- Visit a variety or UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
