MIKE TAMBURO MEDIUM (MTM)
The MT Medium is constructed of a weighted wooden ball on a slim tapered maple handle (11/16” diameter on the bottom, ½” on top). It’s wrapped in layers of thick felt and foam and soft sherpa.
“This mallet is fantastic for working close to the gong. Ideal for drone work and playing at faster tempos. Great for exploring different tonal clusters and layers, by using different levels of mallet force, tempo and location on the instrument.” - Mike T.
