This finish is a natural patina so each chime will be unique! The patina may also progress over time; this will not hurt the tuning. Lubricant or wax can be used to keep them looking bright!
Like other metal instruments, heat and temperature will create tuning fluctuations. We recommend you play them at room temperature and do not leave them in direct sunlight for extended periods of time.
These chimes WILL have visible hammer marks on them - some will have 1 or 2, some may have 100s - this is an integral part of the tuning process - this is not an aesthetic flaw or dent - these are fine tuned by hammering - some will need more hammering than others.
We recommend you have these round chimes retuned around every 4-5 years - This is a service we offer, but you can also do this job yourself if you feel brave enough!

Refund policy
PRODUCTS: We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to work with you to find the perfect item.
If for some reason you are not happy, please call us within 30 days.
If, within the 30 days, you want to exchange an item we will give you full credit towards other products. However, If you wish to do a full return, there is a 15% restocking fee. The item must be returned in the same condition you purchased it.
Shipping is at your expense. It must arrive to us in the same condition as when it was shipped out. Once we have received your returned item, and have inspected it, we will issue a a refund minus the restocking fee and any costs that we incurred to ship the instrument to you.
WORKSHOPS: Our workshops typically sell out quickly. Therefore, we can only offer a refund on tickets if we can fill your spot with someone from the waitlist. Please note that if you cancel at the last minute, it may be difficult for us to find a replacement. Additionally, if you purchase a ticket and do not attend, no refund will be available.
